Late-night programming without strong food anchor
The Frick Collection's 2024 stipulations (museum-cafe parallel hours, 11 PM end weekday catering, 12 AM weekend, hotline, quarterly meetings, acoustic survey) confirm CB8 is the most stipulation-heavy board. Operators without similar discipline face pushback.
